Grab the Power Tool and take out the old, existing Carbon-based barrier. When you are finished tearing out the expired barrier, Talk to Yill

ACT 3 : Dig the Holes.
Grab the Diggers and bring them to the Flag Stake to dig a Post Hole. When you are done digging the holes, Talk to Yill.

ACT 4 : Set the Posts.
Grab an Aluminum Post off of the Trailer and bring it to a Post Hole to set the post. When you are done setting the posts, Talk to Yill.

ACT 5 : Pour the Rockcrete.
Grab a Bag of Rockcrete and bring it to the Post to pour the Rockcrete. When you are done pouring the Rockcrete, Talk to Yill.

ACT 6 : Screw the Panels.
Grab some Selftap Screws and bring them to the Aluminum Barrier Panel to screw the panel. When you are done screwing the panels, Talk to Yill.

ACT 7 : Clean Up.
Pick up the empty Rockcrete bags and smoothen out the dirt around the posts. Grab the Pallets and any other tools you see laying around.
