Talk to Paladin Deroc and Commander Ortus. Get back to base and use the console to hack into the Rozzarian's security.

The hatch opens where Varjix died, and out emerges a ROZILLA!!! Swallow your shock and use one of the "'Gravlifts"'(Look for a jumpad) to get to the Citadel.
