Civilians sre always a good start. You should ask them about how they feel with the GFA occupation.
ACT 2 :   Visitors
they're to scared, and with good reason too. Maybe visitors will have information. Most of them will be in the art shop. (Big Crystal building)
ACT 3 :   Need Something
Ugg. It's been harder than I expected, finding information. Maybe you should look in to the buildings for some.
