COM will shift SOME but the engines are heavy enough that it would be neglible shift, Without the missiles it wouldn't seem capable of combat IMO, A Eurofighter would like have more ordinance.

Lots of clutter under the wing, could likely shift the COM back by a significant margin, until the missiles are fired.
