My first offical creation for the ACA.A rare starfish said only to be found in deep oceans at night. It is mostly likely to be seen on meteroites that fell into the sea. Their bright coloring reflects light moonlight and sunlight in a way that makes it appear bright at night and invisble during the day. Seeing one will give you pleasant dreams for the rest of your life. Touching one is said to make a wish come true.
