These unorthodox ships combine a heavy cruiser to a seaplane tender. They have 9 180 mm guns and four 75 mm guns. Their machinery produces 90 000 shp for 34 ktn and 8000 nm. They have only modest armour.

The Tower looks really nice somehow.And also the Helicopter Landing Pad and the seaplane launchers.But it looks like those are a bit in the way of the back turret.
