They have no ambitions, and no goals. 12%s are much more intelligent than 8%s, and serve as the inventors and scientists of their race. They can not move, as they have no legs, and are rooted to the spot of their birth for their entire lives.While they may look intimidating, they are very easily killed. Just don't get too close, or you'll be ripped to shreds.
