It's easier making real-life cars than you'd think. No?
You basically start at the typical body and start adding the details and if needed use a block to place them inside another body part for better adjustment.
Remember, Ctrl + Z is your friend. =)

Yes, Ctrl Z and I have become good friends indeed. I've made to cars now before having had a look at this. Well detailed but I am afraid that I'm not to keen on the paint job. Better take it back and get a refund.
