Description
Gets a Windows 8 laptop with SPORE installed, all save games are flooded. Seriously, all my planets in the main menu are flooded and have no land on any! It was like this without any mods! Anyway to solve this problem? If not then... *Rage quits*.

Try reanstalling spore. If this does not work remove all mods you have.
