the Raibonian cannon, due to the fact that once one of the 800mm shells strikes a target, there is a long reload time in which people can evacuate.

This means that the gun can fire 3 rounds into an area rapidly, but forces a longer reload. However, the immense damage done by those shells is much more spread out, and it is more likely that 3 Tundero shells will hit a target than 3 shells of...
