Description

These air defence DDGs are now being built in series to replace the obsolecent Type 051 class possibly at 1 to 1 basis. Armament: 48 HHQ-9 SAM VLS cells, 8 YJ-62 SSM, 6 Yu-7 TTs, 1 100mm Type 210 gun, 2 Type 730 30mm CIWS and 2x18 Type 726 ASW/decoy RLs.
