We The Legion serve to protect those who walk the path of life untainted." lfrom the Texts of Lumashees> The Multiverse is filled with perils beyond imagination. Many of it we can handle but there still dwells those evils and horrors infinitely beyond us and our only hope and defence against them are within The Shining Legion. {Synopsis} A Multiversal army formed by Ulferion and evolved through both war and peace. It is The Shining Legion's duty to protect the untainted against those of the purest of evils. The Legion first began as an organisation of demon hunters to combat The Dhjarma. Soon it grew and during The Dragon Rebellion fused with other species armies to become The Shining Legion. It's strength has been tested twice as it became The Shining Legion after The Dragon Rebellion. The first was The Serpant Wars where The Shining Legion fought a fifty year war against Sanoo's armies and again a millennia after against The Virakarus in The Viral Wars. The Shining Legion is comprised of billions of species from across The Multiverse making it one of the largest military organisations in existence. It recruits it's members through volunteers of worlds within The Shining Legion's protection. Recruits are put through an extremely harsh and difficult boot camp to find the best of the best. Those who graduate become true Legionnaires who wield the legion's weapons and wear the mighty Crusader Armour. Those who fail become Squires who serve as the form of personnel and crew for their bases and vessels either accepting this duty or still train during it for another attempt to become Legionnaires. This is both The Shining Legion's greatest strength and weakness as their ranks are filled of the finest soldiers in The Multiverse but this also means their soldiers are also small in numbers despite the legion's size. The Shining Legion is in actuality divided into fleets, each fleet is named after it's flagship and have control over certain areas of space. Fleet Admirals serve as leaders to their fleets with The Main Admirals as The Fleets main leader as well as part of Ulferion's Fist. The leading council to the legion itself. The legion holds The First in high regard, Ulferion especially because it was he who first formed them. Due to their respect to The First's power they have made statues in their honour which is mainly the members of The Dawn Summit with Ulferion being the main focus. {Next Time Technology}
