Description
Every village has a Cheiftain. Cheiftains are warlike,spiritual,and sometimes both.This hut complete with stairs, shows the glory of tribal leadership.

It's not necessarily the large city hall I was expecting but still, it has a nice flare to it lol. Like that crazy scientist that lives next door... Mind if I add it to mah sporecast? :]
