As already mentioned, these tread skirts are fiction and the turret is slighly too large IMO but it looks like a very nice Sherman otherwise.

You realise the Sherman wasn't acctually an MBT? MBTs didn't emerge until after the war really; as medium tanks gained armour and firepower but retained their mobility they replaced Heavy Tanks as well as Mediums; thus becomming MBTs.
