Description
The Galactic Council was suddenly thrown into disruption due to the Novecosanas incident. As a result, countless wars occured because there was no Order, suddenly silenced by the disappearances. This made neodayao retire, due to severe injuries during one of the attacks issued by the Utopian Empire against the Bardian Empire Co. He also replaced most of his parts, and is now mostly robot. Only his brain, his heart and his left eye remain organic.
