A lot of great games built on ideas from older ones. Perhaps in the future, one of these potentially great games will implement key features of Spore into it.

If Spore wasn't as flawed as it was before, it would have been one of the greatest games of the century. That's the thing about tragedy; how easily it could have been mitigated or prevented.

I hope that in the near future, other game company will revitalize Spore (maybe under a different name) and add in features that fix Spore's flaws.
