Description
Phon Panar dedicate their lives to the study and cataloging of alien species and races. They eagerly accept almost any invitation to join alliances, or befriend other races. These alliances and friendships benefit them by allowing access to new lifeforms to study in unexplored regions of space. Phon Panar ships are traveling zoos of sorts, loaded with specimens of special interest to return to the Phon Panar home world for research and display.
