Fini-Vessurpoise has once again retreated into the abyss. A long dormant gene which codes for the prevention of eye development has resurfaced and expressed itself, as it no longer needs eyes to hunt so deep underwater. Furthermore, it has evolved tail fins to make it more maneuverable underwater, and its bioluminescent patches have evolved into organs that glow brighter.

Also, yeah, I know melon aren't actually use for making echolocation but you get the point lol.

Yeah, I was think it would evolve a melon (like in cetaceans), so it sees it's world with sonar. Also, sorry if that "Yeah, I know that." comment sound a bit mean-spirited.

Guess it would be better to say that I was thinking (or a better word would be "hoping") of it going back to the surface, and then going back onto land. (that's what I was thinking)
