As part of the ongoing development and standardization process among UEE military units, the Stryker LAV is being phased in to replace the civilian 'Colossus' labs in exploration of militarily strategic planets. Smaller, combat capable, and infinitely durable, Stryker LAVs can carry a small crew on limited scope exploration missions of strategically important areas without fail, and over nearly any terrain. Stryker variants can also be fitted for amphibious action when called for. Equipped with UEE standard APX refractor plating and a TWS system utilitizing a BX-8k Rail cannon, a small particle rifle, and a .50 machine gun for use when energy resources are low, the Stryker trades the instant analysis capability of the Colossus for virtual indestructibility. Additionally, its high ground clearance coupled with its six wheel system yields the added benefit of making it more mine resistant than its gravlev counterpart. While it loses some operational capacity, it increases reliability and strategic (defense) capabilities. To this date no Stryker deployed has failed to complete a planetary assessment for any reason.

Lots of nice detail work here; the turret and hatch are really nice, and the wheel textures are perfect.
